Colombian Yellow is a white-fleshed, sweet dragon fruit (pitaya) cultivar of Selenicereus undatus that sets fruit without a second variety. It flowers May–September and fruit ripens 35 days after flowering.

Distinguishing features
True yellow species (S. megalanthus). White flesh, tropical flavor with hints of melon. Thorny stems. Takes 4-6 months fruit development. Weakness: very thorny, difficult to handle. Premium prices due to unique appearance.
