Ecuador Palora is a white-fleshed, sweet dragon fruit (pitaya) cultivar of Selenicereus undatus that sets fruit without a second variety. It flowers May–September and fruit ripens 35 days after flowering.

Distinguishing features
From Palora Valley, Ecuador. Yellow skin, white flesh with tropical notes. One of sweeter yellow types. 4-5 month fruit development. Weakness: long maturation time. Traditional Ecuadorian variety.

Dragon fruit with yellow flesh. Sugar content (Brix): 18-20. Harvest when skin color changes and fruit gives slightly to pressure.
